Back to Basics Massage is a well established healing spa located in Quincy, Mass.  We welcome men, women & teens in a relaxing, healing environment. 

We have ten private rooms that have beautiful "color therapy" with amazing hand painted, beach-themed wall murals. All rooms were designed to enhance the mood & healing experience.

Although we think the environment is helpful, we pride ourselves in our amazing team of licensed, caring, skilled therapists.  We have many female therapists & one male therapist.  Each therapist has been specially selected foremost for their kindness & advanced skill level. (They are well known for intuitive deep & relaxing massages).

 Here, we offer many comp additions to each service:

• custom air-diffused aromatherapy
• largest heated hydraulic massage tables (handicap compliant-holds 500 lbs)
• hanging padded, arm rests
• moist heat-back pads
• analgesic gels (Biofreeze® & Sombra®)
• our "head remedy" oil
• herbal eye pillows
• natural face moisturizer w/SPF
• lemongrass foot lotion
• unscented/scented massage oils
• ion-air cleaning salt lamps
• amethyst healing stones (cold--can be used briefly-please ask)

Each room is also set with flameless candles, soft music, heated-fleece table pads & special pillows to make your services more enjoyable. 

Comp refreshments are served daily w/an array of herbal teas, spring water, cocoa & light snacks. (We sugg. to eat after).

Each visit also includes:  A take-home water & goodie bag w/fun & healthy items, to show our appreciation.
