We accept most Union Insurances: Laborers, Bricklayers, Iron Workers & Hotel Restaurant Unions. You will be responsible for any co-pay at time of appt & signing of all forms. If Union Insurance Co's don't end up paying, you will be responsible for full payment. Cx policy applies to you & not to the Insurance Co.'s.
We accept all Spa Finder & Spa Wish gift certificates. Since Spa Finder Co. takes 17% of the total, these must be used on regular priced services & can not be combined with any packages, coupons or any other special.
All of Back to Basics services are strictly therapeutic . Proper sheet draping is required of all clients.
Back to Basics and it's staff reserves the right to refuse any client(s) whose intent is not consistent with our professional philosophy.
All clients are required to fill out our confidential medical history form, prior to being treated. (If you need help w/it, one of our staff is available in a private room.
Cell phones are allowed, however we request to turn phone setting to vibrate and keep voices low, in consideration of others.
Although we love children, we do not offer day care. Occassionally we can accomodate older, well behaved children in our reception area, but please ask ahead.
All appt's are made over the phone or in the office. We do try to accomodate walk-ins, but highly suggest appt's be arranged ahead of time as we do get booked up.
All new clients booking an appt are required to reserve the time with a credit card or pre-pay. Exceptions can be made, but we cannot guarantee the time w/o credit card & may be cancelled, if another client reserves. The card will not be charged unless a 24 hr notice is not given to cancel. You can choose to pay by cash, credit card or debit card, at the time of your appt.
Any (2) or more services booked at any one time, whether a new client or not will {also} require a credit card or pre-pay for reserving the time.
- We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and logo-debit cards.
- Payment is expected at the time of your service for all services, unless Union Insurance coverage is pending.
A 24 hour cancellation notice by phone only (not email), is expected for all services. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the full service price will be expected. (The therapists time is as valuable, as yours)
A 48 hour cancellation notice by phone is expected for all 2 or more services & or packages, booked. The full service price-total will be charged, if 48 hr notice is not given.
Groups of 3 or more & or parties are required to give a weeks notice to cancel or full price will be expected.
All packages (2 or more services) will be charged an additional 20% gratuity fee to the package price (which will be given to the therapist(s).
If you arrive late (10 minutes or longer) for your appt, your tx may be shortened to acommodate others scheduled after you. The full price on the time booked is charged. (We will try to give you the full time if our schedule permits).
If you decide to decrease the amount of time you booked, you'll need to do so according to our 24-48 hr cancellation policy, to avoid paying the full price. If you decrease the time you are still responsible for paying for the amount of time booked.
B2B is not responsible for lost items. (Please leave jewelry & other valuables at home)
Not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced gift certificates. These are like cash & need to be brought with you at the time of appt or payment will be expected. We do not reissue or refund for lost certificates.
We do not refund payment on any certificates. You can use for merchandise credit, services or give it as a gift. (On amount paid)
