• Back to Basics gift certificates are always honored with no exp date.
• We honor all of our certificates in the form of service(s) and/or product(s) on the amount paid.  In the event that our service prices increase, the certificate holder will be responsible for the difference on current pricing. 
• We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen certificates.
• Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
• All gift certificates have no cash value, but can be used for credit towards any of our service(s) and/or products on amount paid.
• If you decide to use only a portion of the certificate, the remaining amount will be reissued.

Discount rate will be charged to your credit card, on the 1st day of each month.  You can get as many as you'd like at the additional rate, within the month.  (Back to Basics is open to competitive pricing.  If you know of a comprable establishment that's offering a special price, we ususally will meet their price, within reason, on the same amount of massage time they are offering.)
